Refreshing Acai Bowl

Aspen Crunch snacks make a perfect addition to things like breakfasts, desserts, and one of our personal favorite, acai bowls! Here is a recipe we came up with for a deliciously tart and creamy acai bowl. This recipe delivers low sweetness and a whole avocado to balance the fats in the bowl. Avocado also creates a much smoother texture and helps with a balanced flavor. You can use any type of dairy or dairy-free milk for this recipe (though we think it tastes better with dairy-free milk: specifically, oat milk, coconut milk, or pecan milk). Make sure to blend it for at least one minute to get it ultra-smooth. Top it with Aspen Crunch Grizzly Lake Granola and Rim Trail Recovery, or you can sub in some Pyramid Peak Pineapple for more of a tropical vibe!
