Starting At The Aspen Farmer’s Market

Aspen Crunch was founded in 2011 and we joined the Aspen Farmer’s Market shortly after. We were inspired to join the market by our founder’s third-grade teacher, whose company Aspen Kettle Corn has been a farmers market staple for years.

Our whole reason for starting Aspen Crunch was so that we could provide snacks that were healthy, nutritious alternatives to the options commonly found at supermarkets, and we knew that the farmers market would be an excellent place to bring them to our community!

We’ve been selling our snacks at the market for eight years now and don’t see that ending any time soon. We absolutely love connecting with our community and visitors alike, and we’ll be sad to see the 2019 farmers market season end in just a few weeks.

Building Community

The community at the Aspen Farmer’s Market is incredible. Every summer, vendors from all over Colorado come together to sell their handmade jewelry, art and ceramics, Colorado-grown produce, and local meats, jams, and snacks, among so much more! The central food court provides live music and a place to gather for lunch or a snack.

There’s a great mix of seasoned vendors as well as newcomers, and we’re always excited to see what’s going to be new each year. We love meeting our fellow vendors and recommending them to you - you may have noticed that each Friday we give a shoutout to one of them on our Instagram!

What to Expect When You Visit

For visitors of Aspen, our hope is that when you visit Aspen, you think of Aspen Crunch. We want to be part of your experience here. The Farmer’s Market is such an incredible way to get a feel for Aspen & Colorado culture, as every vendor, artisan, and farmer is Colorado-based. Wander the aisles of vendors, sample different products, and strike up a conversation.
If you believe that eating healthy can make a big impact on the way you feel, consider buying yourself an Aspen Crunch snack.
