Refreshing Acai Bowl
Aspen Crunch snacks make a perfect addition to things like breakfasts, desserts, and one of our personal favorite, acai bowls!

Here is a recipe we came up with for a deliciously tart and creamy acai bowl. This recipe delivers low sweetness and a whole avocado to balance the fats in the bowl. Avocado also creates a much smoother texture and helps with a balanced flavor. You can use any type of dairy or dairy-free milk for this recipe (though we think it tastes better with dairy-free milk: specifically, oat milk, coconut milk, or pecan milk). Make sure to blend it for at least one minute to get it ultra-smooth. Top it with Aspen Crunch Grizzly Lake Granola and Rim Trail Recovery, or you can sub in some Pyramid Peak Pineapple for more of a tropical vibe!

Ingredients
- 1 Bag Rim Trail Recovery
- 1 Bag Grizzly Lake Granola
- 1 Ripe Organic Avocado
- 1 Ripe Banana
- 2 Frozen Unsweetened Acai Purees
- 2 Teaspoons Raw Local Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Almond Butter
- 2 Teaspoons Date Syrup
- 2 Cups Organic Pecan Milk
- ½ Inch Piece of Ginger Finely Minced

Instructions
Blend all ingredients but the toppings for one minute until smooth. Find yourself a couple of small bowls and pour in the blended ingredients. Top with Grizzly Lake Granola and Rim Trail Recovery and drizzle on some delicious local honey. You can add extra almond butter, shredded coconut, goji berries, or whatever else your heart desires. Enjoy!
