Don’t be fooled - there are plenty of healthy snacks on the supermarket shelves, but when a product is mass-produced, quality is inevitably compromised. Ingredients can’t be picked by hand and attention to detail falls to the side. And snacks that are baked or freeze-dried, well, their nutritional value just doesn’t meet our standards.

Ultra High-Quality Ingredients
Every bag of Aspen Crunch is created with incredibly fresh and high-quality ingredients. Because we specialize in small batch dehydrating, we spend the extra time and money sourcing ingredients that have exceptional flavor profiles and health stories.
For example, we look to Maui for world's sweetest inflammation fighting pineapples exclusively grown on the island by legendary farmers with decades of experience perfecting the pineapple’s ultra-ripe flavor.
Attention to Detail
Every strawberry in Mountain Munch is hand cut with fine Japanese stainless steel to paper-thin slices. Each blueberry is toothpick-poked before dehydrating to provide a delicate crunch. All of our nuts are sprouted, dehydrated for 12 hours, and then pan-roasted to enhance flavor, all while improving digestive properties.
We pair foods on a molecular level to enhance flavors. Our Mountain Munch contains in-season tropical & local fruits from mango, pineapple, peach and apple to strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, and apricot. All the fruit is paired with the antioxidant super-berries golden berry, mulberry, and goji berry. In each bag you'll find slow-roasted seeds and nuts that complement the unique berries and fruits.
Batch-Crafted at Under 118°F
Did you know that all of our fruit and vegetable snacks are dehydrated at under 118°F, which intensifies flavors and keeps their nutritional profile intact. When we first came up with the concept for Aspen Crunch, we knew we needed to find a way to create a snack with as many nutrients as possible. So when we discovered the dehydrator, it was like a giant light bulb lit up.
10 Years of Support
Aspen Crunch was given the opportunity to join the Aspen Farmers Market in 2011, and we've been sampling our snacks to Aspen locals and visitors alike every summer Saturday since. The Aspen Farmers Market is a special place. There's an incredible mix of vendors selling everything from artistic crafts to Colorado fruits and vegetables. The Aspen Farmers Market has given us the chance to meet thousands of amazing people and learn from their feedback. We always take inspiration from our customers and the artisanal qualities of the Market back to our kitchen.
